Are you a skilled technician who takes pride in quality work? Looking to grow your career with a team that values your expertise? Frank Boucher Chevrolet Cadillac of Racine is looking for an Experienced Main Shop Service Technician to join our high-volume, fast-paced service department.
What You'll Do:
Diagnose and repair a variety of mechanical issues with precision and efficiency
Test systems and components to ensure everything is running smoothly
Communicate clearly with customers about diagnostics, repair options, and timelines
Complete services in line with manufacturer and dealership standards
Stay up to date on the latest repair techniques through ongoing training
Follow all safety protocols (OSHA standards)
Keep your bay clean and organized - we respect your workspace!
ASE & GM certifications are a big plus - and if you're the right fit, we're offering a SIGNING BONUS to qualified technicians!
What We're Looking For:
Must have your own tools
Solid mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills
Great attitude and strong communication abilities
Excellent customer service mindset
Valid driver's license & clean driving record
Must pass a drug test
