As A Maintenance Technician You'll Be Responsible For:
- Handling maintenance requestions and repairs- think plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and more
- Get units "move-in-ready" using our make ready checklist
- Perform daily property walks to keep everything clean, safe, and looking great
- Tackle seasonal weather prep such as fall clean up or snow removal
- Respond to emergency calls and deliver outstanding service
- Communicate with vendors, assist the team with resident notices, and keep supplies in check
- Be a friendly, responsive presence for residents and coworkers alike
What We're Looking For:
- Previous maintenance experience required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, and a clean driving record
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
- Must be able to read work orders/service requests
- Good safety habits
- Ability to communicate effectively
