Career Opportunity Organizational Efficiency & Change Management Senior Manager Location: Hybrid Remote based in Florida Your role in our success: The Senior Manager of Organizational Efficiency & Change Management is a strategic HR partner responsible for designing and delivering enterprise-wide programs that enhance the employee experience, strengthen engagement, and support organizational transformation through established change management practices. Reporting to the Senior Director of Organizational Efficiency and Employee Engagement, this role plays a vital part in fostering a culture of connection, inclusivity, and adaptability at all levels of the organization. Through integrated strategies spanning employee engagement, internal communications, change management, and organizational culture, this partner ensures that people-centered initiatives align with business priorities in a complex, highly regulated utility environment. What you'll be working on: Employee Engagement & Experience
- Partner with the Senior Manager of Organizational Efficiency & Transformation to execute enterprise-wide programs that enhance engagement, improve retention, and support employee well-being across both field and corporate teams.
- Manage the implementation of a sustainable listening strategy, leveraging surveys, focus groups, and data analysis to assess employee sentiment and uncover actionable insights.
- Translate feedback into targeted recommendations and work closely with business leaders to promote a culture rooted in safety, trust, and high performance.
- Support the continuous improvement of the employee lifecycle by advancing initiatives related to onboarding, development, recognition, and career growth.
Internal Communications
- Partner with the Senior Manager of Organizational Efficiency & Transformation to develop and implement targeted internal communication plans that effectively reach and engage stakeholder audiences across the organization.
- Craft clear, consistent messaging that supports enterprise priorities, safety initiatives, leadership visibility, and organizational change efforts.
- Oversee the use and optimization of communication channels-including intranet, email, mobile tools, and digital content-to ensure timely and accessible information delivery to a geographically dispersed workforce.
- Ensure alignment and clarity across all internal communications, reinforcing key messages that connect employees to the organization's mission, values, and strategic goals.
Change Management & Transformation
- Partner with the Senior Manager of Organizational Efficiency & Transformation to lead the design and execution of change management strategies for enterprise initiatives, including technology adoption, operational transformation, and organizational restructuring.
- Apply established frameworks (e.g., Prosci, Kotter) to support effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement throughout the change lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business leaders to assess change readiness, reduce resistance, and foster a culture of adaptability and responsiveness.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of change efforts, using data-driven insights to inform adjustments and ensure long-term success.
Organizational Culture & Inclusion
- Support the development and execution of an inclusive, high-performing culture that embodies the organization's core values and DEI commitments.
- Support the integration of DEI principles into engagement strategies, communications, and change initiatives to deliver equitable and impactful experiences for all employees.
- Collaborate proactively with HR and business leaders to implement and sustain inclusive practices within team dynamics, recognition programs, and leadership behaviors throughout the organization.

Who you are:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field
- Certification in Change Management
- 5-7 years of experience in organizational development, change management, or business process improvement
- Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide change initiatives
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and influencing senior leadership
