We are looking for an experienced Software Development Lead to guide a cross-functional team in building scalable, cloud-based applications. This role blends hands-on development with leadership responsibilities and requires strong technical expertise, particularly in cloud technologies like Azure. Key Responsibilities: * Lead an agile development team including developers, QA, and analysts * Provide technical guidance and mentorship through code reviews, coaching, and collaboration * Design and implement system features aligned with business and technical goals * Collaborate with product owners to translate requirements into development tasks * Contribute to architectural decisions and ensure alignment with platform standards * Promote best practices in coding, testing, and security * Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge sharing across the team * Participate in hiring and onboarding processes * Ensure team meets performance, quality, and delivery goals Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field * 10+ years of software development experience, primarily with C# and .NET * 3+ years of experience leading development teams * Strong experience with Azure cloud services (e.g., serverless, storage, messaging, logging) * Proficiency in designing RESTful APIs and scalable architectures * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills * Experience working in agile environments across multiple teams Preferred Qualifications: * Familiarity with ASP.NET MVC and .NET Core * Experience with TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) * Enterprise software or platform development Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $114500.00 - $150000.00/yr.
