Software Integrator, Senior

As a software sustainment engineer, you play a pivotal role in an application's functional life. From troubleshooting to fixing bugs, you use your operations and maintenance skills to ensure that things run smoothly. We're looking for an experienced software sustainment engineer like you to apply your knowledge to our clients' challenges and their legacy enterprise systems.

As a software sustainment engineer at Booz Allen, you'll have an operational impact from day one. With a team of professionals, you'll maintain applications and keep systems working. You and your team will use programming and scripting languages as you continuously enhance and maintain the applications, troubleshoot any issues that arise operationally, and upgrade the systems to meet security requirements.

Most importantly, you'll advise our clients on the best ways to improve and modernize the existing systems. Work with us to help us secure crucial systems while watching them grow and modernize.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience providing software support for end users devices , including laptops and desktops, system storage, and servers

• 5+ years of experience proving configuration and testing of hardware devices and testing new software

• Experience designing network structure and system configuration in a mixed environment, such as Windows or Linux

• Experience using containerization platforms such as Docker or Podman

• Experience utilizing CI/CD orchestration tools, such as Puppet, Ansible, Kubernetes

• Ability to review logs outputs to identify server and software errors

• Ability to review, modify and create scripts within shell scripting, such as Powershell and Bash

• TS/ SCI clearance

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics or Engineering

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with Distributed Common Ground System
