Our e-discovery platform is used by more than 13,000 organizations around the world to manage large volumes of data and quickly identify key issues during litigation, internal investigations, and compliance projects.The Product Management team is looking fora Product Manager looking to lead the development and management of our review products. The ideal candidate should have a background in product lifecycle and agile practices and strong communication and collaboration skills. You will be responsible for participating and leading both discovery and development to achieve a specific product goals. A successful candidate must be energized by building deep customer empathy, collaborating with design, development, and applied science, optimizing team processes, and utilizing data to monitor project success. Focused on our Review portfolio, you will be responsible for helping create solutions to deliver intuitive and impactful ways to help customers manage their document review workflows. You will build strong customer relationships to validate our solutions are solving the right problems. You will help lead a team of skilled designers and engineers focused creating exceptional user experiences and actualizing the project goals. Job Description and Requirements Role Responsibilities

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices. This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between following values: $115,000 and $173,000The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position. |
