What You'll Do

As a Commercial Loan Processing Coordinator 3, you will:



  • Prepare and process higher-level and complex commercial loans, including SBA, Participations, and Construction loans.
  • Focus on loan documentation for the top 25% tier loan portfolio, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct peer reviews of co-workers' loan packages prior to closing.
  • Perform thorough due diligence prior to approval, including:

    • Ownership structure analysis
    • State certification verification
    • Collateral evaluation


  • Coordinate with third parties to obtain title work, appraisals, and flood determinations.
  • Collaborate with Business Relationship Managers to schedule timely closings.
  • Ensure all work complies with regulatory disclosure requirements.
  • Monitor the loan pipeline to ensure timely progress and closings.
  • Take ownership of member requests and follow through to resolution.


What You'll Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Four or more years of experience in commercial loan documentation or systems, or a combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for member service.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Strong mathematical skills, including calculations involving interest, equity, and payoffs.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
