Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Support Analyst to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive technical support to all employees, with a special focus on senior executives, including the CEO. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both Windows and Mac operating systems and demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support for Windows and Mac systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Offer personalized technical assistance to senior executives, ensuring minimal disruption to their workflow.
  • Manage and resolve complex technical problems, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
  • Conduct regular system updates and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to develop and implement effective support strategies.
  • Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Occasional after-hours/on call support may be required.
  • This position requires 5 days/week in LA office.

Your Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in technical support, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Proficiency in both Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols, security, and data management.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience supporting senior executives is highly desirable.

The salary range for this role is $90,000-$100,000 per year. Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate's experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.
