SUMMARY
The Group Product Manager will provide leadership in strategy development and implementation for assigned bank products and services, providing market positioning oversight and support to Commercial or Retail Banking teams, and work with the Product Management team in the ongoing development, implementation, and management of bank products. This position will provide assistance in support of the daily functions of the Product Department including project leadership, developing product materials and tools, conducting product research and analysis with focus on short-term execution and long-term strategy, vision, growth, and end-to-end user experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages product budgets and revenue goals; monitors progress against plan to make appropriate forecast adjustments.
  • Develops and monitors performance tracking and reports against defined goals and performance indicators.
  • Prepares and presents metrics to Senior Leadership.
  • Manages key vendor relationships from contract negotiations, ongoing service levels, and annual performance management.
  • Creates a focused and coordinated approach to product development, sales, and operational initiatives.
  • Manages the development of the assigned product roadmap, in alignment with the bank's annual operating plan and strategic initiatives.
  • Assigns projects and ensures quality performance and completion within established deadlines.
  • Creates and manages project plans and business cases including scoping the project, identifying key dependencies, vendors and systems, performing product analysis, financial review, and assessments.
  • Manages product compliance requirements including monitoring regulatory changes, risk management, and reputational risk of product line.
  • Develops business requirements for products sourced through vendor relationships.
  • Champions Product Management across the organization by demonstrating the benefits of a strong Product Management discipline.
  • Acts as the subject-matter expert and provide responsive assistance to project teams and other Product Managers for product related support and solutions.

MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leads and manages a team of direct reports to include mentoring, coaching, training, hiring, and performance management.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 7-9 years related industry experience required

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

We offer a competitive total compensation package including base salary and benefits. The anticipated pay range for this position is $107,910 to $178,090 per year in CO and WA and depends on a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, education, and geographic location. Additionally, this role is eligible to receive annual discretionary cash and stock bonuses. Benefits available for this position include, but are not limited to, medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability benefits and life insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings account, employee assistance program, 401(k), Paid Time Off (new hires accrue at .069 per hours worked which equates to approximately 18 days per year inclusive of paid sick time) and up to 11 paid Federal holidays.
