Duties, Responsibilities & Other We are seeking a talented Entertainment / Structural Engineer to join our growing team. This individual will play a dual role: providing technical expertise in the design and engineering of specialty structures, rigging systems, and mechanized systems within the entertainment industry, while also leading projects, managing teams, and supporting business development efforts. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in structural engineering, coupled with experience in entertainment-related installations, specialty structures, and mechanized or rigging systems. Exposure to fabrication shops, temporary structures, and construction sites is a plus. Beyond technical capabilities, this role requires leadership in project delivery, mentoring, and client engagement. Technical Design & Engineering
