Role Summary:
Reporting to the Enterprise Resource Planning Manager, the ERP Specialist is a key member of the Information Systems team. The person in this role will oversee the implementation of the company's Enterprise Resource Planning program. The ERP Specialist is the primary resource for the Eclipse System; this position provides support and assists with training for users.
Exciting work you will do:
The essential duties and responsibilities of the ERP Specialist will consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Establish and document detailed business and process requirements, map/design/model business solutions, perform tailoring to business solution (e.g. custom report writing), present solutions to end users, assist in business process training when needed, and assist with Go-Live cut-over of new features of Eclipse
- Participate in Business Intelligence sessions to interpret the data necessary to develop testing, validation, and implementation of analysis and reporting tools
- Provide consulting, report writing, and onsite support to employees when elevated past helpdesk
- Perform data entry and maintain records in the ERP system
- Provide instruction, assistance, troubleshooting, and support services to all ERP system users either on-site or remotely as needed
- Continuously identify needs and provide input regarding improving system reliability, availability and performance
- Work with the Business Process and Human Resources departments to ensure consistency and accuracy

What you'll need:
- Work Experience: 5 years of user experience with an ERP system
- Education: Associate degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Analytics/Computer Skills: Experience working with MS Office and Office 365 products, ERP systems
- Organization Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed; ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Cross-functional skills: Ability to work well cross-functionally; provides ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines; flexible and quickly adaptable to changing priorities
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization; strong written and verbal communication skills; interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to present information in a manner that can be understood by non-technical staff

Qualifications we prefer but don't require:
- Experience: 2 years' experience with Eclipse software
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field
