Our client is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role will be on-site in Annapolis, MD. In this role, you will be providing support for hardware and software related issues.
Key Responsibilities: * Troubleshoot a variety of issues including: * Printers * Network connectivity * Windows 10 * VPN access * Active Directory (password resets, account unlocks) * Perform remote and onsite server troubleshooting. * Maintain thorough documentation of support activities and resolutions. * Support DHCP/DNS configurations and basic SQL tasks. * Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve client issues.
