*Description*
As a Principal Business Systems Analyst on our team, you will support and ensure the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks of our software product's features. In this role, you will be an integral part of the team with outstanding communication, collaboration, and attention to detail. You will be counted on to operate as a vital link between the application development team and the overall business product owners. *Commercial Insurance experience - Nice to have *Experience with database architecture and APIs - Must Have *Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Business/Related field or equivalent working experience preferred. *5+ Years of proven experience as a business analyst, product owner, or equivalent role. Must Have * Experience with gathering and documenting thorough business requirements and user acceptance criteria - Must Have * Strong knowledge of generating process documentation - Must Have * Outstanding communication, collaboration capabilities, problem-solving, and attention to detail - Must Have * Understanding of Agile methodologies - Must Have * Expertise with SQL and other query languages - Must Have Job Responsibilities. *Owning the complete understanding of business and technical needs and translation of those needs into a prioritized backlog within your functional areas *Adaptability to manage several technical projects at a time *Write clear, concise, and comprehensive business and reporting requirements using our current technology stack *Participate and contribute in design, requirements engineering, scrum execution, and technical discussions *Provide timely and meaningful feedback on requirements, specifications, technical design documents, and testing results *Responsibly delegating responsibilities and activities to appropriate team members *Collaborate and resolve conflict with business stakeholders *Communicate key insights and findings to the business stakeholders *Develop strong partnerships with business teams and other groups *Deliver the required capabilities per biBerk standards and help to keep the biBerk standards current *As part of owning the functional areas- identify, design, document, and maintain system processes *Skills* requirements gathering, sql, api, sdlc methodologies, Business requirements, Analysis *Top Skills Details* requirements gathering, sql, api, sdlc methodologies *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Preferred Knowledge and Experience: *Experience with gathering and documenting thorough business requirements and user acceptance criteria *Strong knowledge of generating process documentation *Outstanding communication, collaboration capabilities, problem-solving, and attention to detail *Understanding of Agile methodologies *Expertise with SQL and other query languages *Experience Level* Expert Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $145000.00/yr.
