Description Ship/receive small parcel packages Monitor and process requests coming in from ticketing system involving Updating records in various systems Selecting items from inventory and preparing for shipment Providing return shipping labels Testing returned equipment to determine if its working or needs to be disposed of Updating software on tablets and updating various systems prior to shipping Auditing various systems for accuracy and making updates as needed Miscellaneous administrative tasks Skills Help desk, Hardware, Ticketing system, Desktop Top Skills Details Help desk,Hardware Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to lift 25 pounds Stand or sit for up to 2 hours at a time Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
