What You'll Do: * Deliver friendly, professional support to internal and external customers via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems. * Troubleshoot first-level technical issues and guide users through requests like equipment setup, software installs, and access changes. * Use our Knowledge Base and SOPs to resolve issues or escalate to higher-tier support when needed. * Document all actions and resolutions in our ITSM system to ensure clear communication and tracking. * Collaborate with teammates on support projects and contribute to a positive, solution-oriented work culture. * Stay organized with administrative tasks like timesheets, training, and shift updates. What You Bring: * Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred. * Experience: * At least 1 year of customer service experience (call center preferred). * Comfortable handling 20-30 calls per day and multitasking across systems. * Skills: * Strong verbal and written communication in English. * Confident navigating computers and resolving basic tech issues. * Experience with ticketing systems like Salesforce or ServiceNow is a plus. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
