Primary Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for application or workflow troubleshooting, testing, training, and support initiatives of the organization
  • Support of projects or initiatives will be onsite at clinic, business, or IT areas
  • The position will reside in the Information Technology department and the roles and responsibilities will vary depending on initiative or project
  • Travel will be necessary

Years of post-high school education can be substituted/is equivalent to years of experience.

Required Qualifications:



  • Associate's degree from an accredited institution in a healthcare or IT program, or related studies
  • 1+ years of information technology, educational/corporate training or direct experience with EPIC electronic medical systems
  • Solid ability to be adaptable to multiple positions
  • Ability to learn EPIC and quickly apply knowledge
  • Proficiency in use of desktop computer systems (Windows, Microsoft Office, email)
  • Proven communication, presentation, problem solving and technical skills
  • Valid Texas Driver's license and access to reliable transportation


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1+ years of experience as an MA an LVN, or in an IT support role
  • Epic System experience



Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.27 to $50.48 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
