The Creative Advertising Advisor leads the development and execution of impactful, insight-driven global brand advertising campaigns that align with the strategic goals. This role is responsible for crafting and championing the creative vision across all brand advertising, from initial concept through final execution-ensuring consistency, innovation, and relevance across every touchpoint.

Serving as both a creative strategist and executor, the Advisor oversees the entire creative lifecycle, including ideation, storyboarding, content development (copy, visuals, video), and cross-channel integration. They manage external agency partnerships to deliver best-in-class creative output, while building strong internal relationships to deeply understand business objectives, audience needs, and the broader marketing ecosystem.

This role requires strong communication and presentation skills to effectively advocate for creative direction to stakeholders and senior leadership, while also incorporating feedback into refined, strategically sound solutions. The Advisor also manages creative budgets and resources efficiently, partnering closely with media strategy to maximize impact and return on investment.

Requirements

5+ years working in marketing, advertising, design or related field. A strategic mindset with a sharp eye for detail and design excellence. Superior executive presence, human relations, communications, networking and influencing skills. Strong project management and project management leadership experience.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in marketing, finance, computer science or related business discipline.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years experience in marketing, advertising, sales administration, or related discipline.

Experience leading complex initiatives in a corporate environment.

More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master's Degree equals two (2) years experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of the broad application of advanced principles, theories, concepts and techniques in marketing disciplines, project management and information analysis.

Strong human relations and communication/presentation skills.

Advanced organizational, quantitative and analytical skills, including experience in database marketing.

Customer-focused orientation.

Pay: Memphis Pay Range: $6,511.62/monthly - $10,744.16/monthly

Additional Details: This position will be hybrid in Memphis, TN and candidates must live within a 50 mile radius. This position is hybrid, meaning employees will be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week.
