In partnership with hiring leaders, senior leadership and HR leadership, this position will provide strategic HR consulting to business leaders and ensure effective delivery of services to corporate partners. The position acts as the primary point of contact for hospital leaders in their assigned area of responsibility.
The successful candidate:
Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
Lead talent pipeline initiatives, including succession planning, career development, and leadership coaching.
Support employee relations by guiding policy interpretation, conducting investigations, and coaching leaders on performance management.
Champion learning and development by facilitating training programs and advising on leadership growth.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to develop innovative recruitment strategies and meet evolving staffing needs.
Use HR data and analytics to inform decisions and shape workforce strategies.
Offer deep expertise in HR strategy, employee relations, and talent development.
Bring strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Build trust and influence across all levels of the organization.
Lead change and drive continuous improvement in HR practices.
Qualifications
Your qualifications should include:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relate field required.
PHR, SPHR and/or Master's degree in Business/Human Resources strongly preferred.
Workplace Investigations Specialty Credential or similar certification preferred.
Seven + years of business experience with at least three years of Talent/HR or operations experience preferably in healthcare.
Excellent communication, organization and presentation skills.
