Join Our Collaborative Accounting & Finance Team!


We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic and collaborative finance team. This is a great opportunity to grow your career while gaining hands-on experience in a key area of accounting operations.


In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts payable activities - including invoice processing, vendor communications, and payment execution. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help ensure the accuracy and timeliness of our financial transactions.


you will play a vital role in supporting month-end close processes, maintaining vendor records, and contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and compliance. You'll work closely with a supportive team and have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our financial operations.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



  • Performing general accounts payable duties including inputting invoices and vouchers.
  • Review and manage expense reports for your reporting locations.
  • Maintain accounting records in imaging system.
  • Perform other accounts payable duties as assigned.
  • Take personal responsibility for fostering a green workplace through sustainable work practices.


Required Skills:



  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, such as managing files and records.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills in both remote and on-site environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Basic proficiency in accounting software. Deltek Vantagepoint experience is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.



Required Experience:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 plus years accounts payable experience.

Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, education and location. The reasonably expected range for this position is $34.87 to $42.56 per hour. Other compensation may include a discretionary bonus.
