The Opportunity

The Analytics organization powers this mission by delivering the intelligence that shapes every customer experience for Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, and emerging products across the Digital Experience portfolio.

We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager to help drive the evolution of data and insights experiences as we explore what's next in this rapidly changing landscape. In this role, you'll lead initiatives that reimagine data interaction-moving beyond traditional analytics toward intelligent, intent-driven experiences that anticipate user needs. You'll be at the forefront of discovering and developing solutions that don't just serve today's analytics experts, but democratize data insights for every business professional, creating the foundation for accelerated user growth as we navigate toward the next generation of data experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and steer the product vision and strategy for user experiences across Adobe's analytics products, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

  • Build AI-integrated experiences that eliminate friction between business professionals and their data, making sophisticated analytics as accessible as everyday tools

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, data science, and fellow product managers to deliver intuitive, cohesive, and innovative experiences.

  • Engage with customers and collaborators to gather feedback, validate concepts, prototype, and iterate

  • Translate insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.

  • Influence platform-wide strategy, contributing to shared components, design systems, and frameworks that enable consistency and efficiency.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS or analytics platforms.

  • Proven track record of delivering user-facing features and experiences at scale, with demonstrated business impact / key results

  • Strong foundation in UX design thinking and modern front-end development practices.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-moving, collaborative product environments.

  • Passion for data, design, and solving complex user problems.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud or similar digital analytics tools.

  • Background in data visualization, workflow design, or platform product management.

  • Familiarity with Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Analytics, experimentation, or personalization platforms.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $122,200 -- $234,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
