Clear Lake, Texas, USA Clariant is seeking an ESHA Manager to lead Environment, Safety, Health, and Accountability programs across multiple sites in North America, with direct responsibility for the Clear Lake, TX facility. This role ensures compliance with local regulations and company standards, drives continuous improvement in ESHA performance, and fosters a proactive, zero-incident safety culture. The ESHA Manager will partner with site teams and business leaders to enhance KPIs, implement risk management programs, and strengthen regulatory compliance across all regional operations.
