Description

    Providing support to the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command Atlantic (NIWC-LANT) formerly Space and Naval Warfare Atlantic (SPAWAR-LANT) Afloat Submarine C4I IPT Common Submarine Radio Room (CSRR) In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA)
  • Tracking equipment and material inbound to NIWC and destination of outbound components
  • Managing materials for CSRR, SAMS and TFDS components
  • Updating information in various databases to include, but not limited to, CAVs and CMPro
  • Maintaining and improving existing inventory databases
  • Utilizing databases such as, HAYSTACK, FEDLOG, and other government resources as they relate to material management
  • Overseeing the Mini Stock Point Inventory (OM&S / GFE / GFM), providing direct support to CSRR Supply Support related directives for the following:
    • MSP I NAVSUP Inventory
    • INCO's I Interim Spares
    • ISEA Spares
    • Production / EOL Material
  • Providing Naval Fleet Requisition support for 7 COG items I Depot Level Repairs (DLRs) for CSRR and CUE PORs, per Source of Supply MOA / Material Readiness Inventory List (MRIL)
  • Managing, tracking and fulfilling Fleet Repair / Requisitions utilizing CAV

Requirements

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in logistics and/or supply chain management
  • Must be able to lift and move at least 20lbs


Desired Skills

  • Prior military or contractor military support in logistics and/or supply chain management
  • Experience and/or understanding of the Common Submarine Radio Room (CSRR)


Clearance Information

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL



Travel Requirements

  • Possible travel once per year for a period of seven days
