KPMG is currently seeking an Administrative Concierge to join our Administrative & Office Experience organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Office Experience team to support in-office needs, including reception, escorting visitors, meeting setup and support, arranging catering, mail, coordination of technology and facilities support, and other general office support for partners, managing directors, clients and other professional staff activities
  • Provide transactional administrative support within the Administrative Services business model, including arranging travel, drafting firm letters, client invoices, and other documents, and complete additional administrative tasks as assigned
  • Manage intake process for day-to-day requests to include technology, hospitality, client, office and building maintenance issues; escalate as necessary
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams and vendors to provide support for scanning, copying, and mail/shipping during peak times
  • Communicate with KPMG professionals and external clients in a friendly and professional manner, working with a diverse range of individuals at all levels in the organization
  • Troubleshoot common issues, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and escalate concerns as appropriate; follow standard practices and procedures for all activities
Qualifications:
  • Minimum two years of recent administrative experience or customer service/hospitality industry experience; AV technology experience a plus
  • Completed coursework from an accredited college/university preferred; High School diploma required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications; excellent Web-based research skills and ability to learn firm-wide applications including GenAI
  • Analytical skills and ability to proactively troubleshoot problems, ask critical questions for clarification, collect data to aid in developing/providing solutions; must also understand when to escalate matters with the ability to work independently and effectively as a team member; must be motivated, innovative and have a proactive approach while working under minimal supervision
  • Strong verbal/written communication, problem solving and organizational skills to support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork; capability to build productive relationships with peers; leverage strengths, expertise, and diverse perspectives to maintain a high-performing team; capacity to manage competing priorities and/or deadlines with service excellence with strong attention to detail; time management, prioritization, and project coordination skills required for fast-paced professional services environment
  • Required to be in the office full-time Monday through Friday
