We're looking for aManager, Administrative Assistant Enablement & Operationsto partner with Procore's Product & Technology team. In this role, you will be a key driver of efficiency. You'll lead a team of executive assistants, support a senior executive, and own the administrative processes that keep our department running smoothly. This role is for a strategic thinker who is passionate about building scalable operations and developing people.

This position is based in our Austin office and reports to the Senior Director of Enablement and Portfolio.We're looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you'll do:

  • Lead & Empower: Directly manage and mentor a team of executive assistants, fostering a culture of professional growth, collaboration, and operational excellence.
  • Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted administrative partner to a senior executive, anticipating needs, managing complex calendars and communications, and acting as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive Process Excellence: Identify, develop, and implement streamlined processes for the administrative team to improve efficiency, productivity, and scalability.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage department-wide operational tasks and projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain Integrity: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism, building a reputation as a reliable and trusted partner.
  • Strategic Partner: Serve as a trusted administrative partner to a senior executive, managing complex calendars, travel, and communications.
  • Process Excellence: Identify, develop, and implement streamlined processes for the administrative team to improve efficiency, productivity, and scalability.
  • Operational Oversight: Manage department-wide operational tasks, including expense reporting and project coordination, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism, building a reputation as a reliable and trusted partner.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of administrative or support professionals.
  • A track record of providing high-level support to C-suite or senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
  • A highly resourceful and proactive problem-solver who can navigate ambiguity and find creative solutions.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with a calm, resilient, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the emotional intelligence to build trust and rapport at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with process improvement, change management, and building scalable operational workflows.
  • Proficiency with G Suite, Slack, and other collaboration tools.
QualificationsAdditional Information

Base Pay Range $114,400 - $157,300. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
