Join us as a Aftermarket Inside Sales Representative in Holland, MI as we work together to bring innovative automation solutions to life.

Location Type: This is an onsite position in Holland, MI.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Understand the needs and expectations of the customers and provide relevant solutions.
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Emphasizing service or product features and benefits, discussing credit terms, quoting prices, and preparing sales order reports or forms.
• Handling cancellations or changes in sales order and communicating the changes with the related departments.
• Offer different alternatives to customers in their preferred choice of product.
• Demonstrate the methods of using products and resolve customer queries.
• Responsible for closing sales deals and achieving customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate a commitment to upholding the highest standards of on-time delivery of quality products.
• Instill a reputation and passion for the best in industry customer service.
• Represent JR Automation in customer meetings.

What You'll Bring:

• Two plus years' experience working in an industrial service and aftermarket operation.
• Bachelor's degree, related experience of equivalent of - Marketing, Engineering, Business AdministrationPreferred.
