We're looking for a skilled Administrative Specialist II to provide high-level support to our Client Support Delivery leadership group. This role requires a strong administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to take ownership of projects that make a real impact.

Responsibilities
* Provide advanced administrative support to leadership, including scheduling, communications, and project coordination.
* Manage calendars, travel, and logistics-anticipating needs and ensuring priorities are met.
* Prepare and support meetings with detailed agendas, action item tracking, and follow-through.
* Assist with project coordination, including tracking deadlines, managing shared documents, ensuring deliverables are met and keeping leaders informed.
* Partner with the Client Support Team to ensure operations run smoothly.

Qualifications
* 3-5 years of experience in an administrative support role at an advanced level (experience supporting leadership or executives strongly preferred).
* Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage competing priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; strong working knowledge of Teams and OneNote.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
* A proactive, trustworthy problem-solver who can work both independently and collaboratively.

This position is hybrid from our Sioux Falls, SD office (with limited travel up to 15%).
