Position: Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift) Pay Rate: $29/hr Shift: 3rd Shift(12am to 8am), with overtime available Location: Brown Deer, WI What You'll Do: As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for keeping production and facility equipment performing at its best. Your responsibilities will include: Performing mechanical and electronic repairs on conveyor systems, printers, and sorting equipment. Responding quickly to equipment breakdowns and emergencies to minimize downtime. Conducting preventative maintenance in line with vendor and quality standards. Escalating major issues to the Lead Technician when necessary. Reviewing and applying technical manuals and updates to stay current with equipment modifications. Assisting and training other technicians to promote knowledge-sharing across the team. Maintaining spare parts and supply inventory using PM schedules and work order systems. Troubleshooting and repairing equipment with accuracy, urgency, and attention to detail. Taking on additional tasks to ensure smooth facility operations. What We're Looking For: Hands-on experience in maintenance, repair, or industrial equipment troubleshooting. Strong mechanical and electrical/electronic skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Willingness to work 3rd shift hours.
