Scheduled Hours/days: Mondays 3-9:15 p.m.

Qualifications:
Must be age 21 to apply.
Must have proven ski ability
Evidence of successfully working with teens.

Pay Rate: $100/participant

Compensation/Benefits/Perks: Position does not qualify for benefits

Deadline: 5/31/2026 -- (08/21/2025) -- EOE Employment is contingent upon completion of a background check.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee student behaviors on bus to and from Welch Village, as well as at Welch Village, in the chalet and out on the slopes.
• Responsible for attendance and accounting of every student in each lesson.
• Assist in loading and unloading student equipment.
• Assist students in obtaining passes and rental equipment.
• Ensure that students are not skiing/boarding alone.
• Instruct students in proper skiing techniques and drills.
