We are currently hiring a Shipping Clerk. Location: Columbia, IL Shift: Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm What's in it for you? What you'll do: Clean lenses with lens cleaner, Isopropyl Alcohol, and/or Ink Remover and inspect lenses for scratches or any visual defects Place appropriate literature in tray Log daily/hourly production numbers Scan work tickets to produce billing invoice Wrap final product and prepare for shipment to customers Stock supplies and participate in 5S Cross-Train and help when needed and as directed by Supervisor, Production Manager, or General Manager Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. 1+ year of experience in a pre-production role preferred. Strong attention to detail.
