Overview: We are seeking a high-performing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with precision. This role provides legal administrative support to assigned attorneys, with a strong focus on title work and document accuracy. The ideal candidate will build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with attorneys, clients, and external contacts. Key responsibilities include: * Draft, review, and manage legal documents. * Schedule and coordinate in-person and virtual meetings. * Support attorney with project preparation and organization. * Work independently while managing a diverse workload. * Review case intake and coordinate billing. * Provide administrative support: route mail, screen calls, manage calendars, and other tasks. * Perform additional duties and special projects as needed. Qualifications: * Minimum 3 years' experience in a legal or professional services environment * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word; able to format complex documents with precision * Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities * Strong client-service orientation * Analytical mindset with the ability to anticipate attorney and project needs * Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite 2010; quick to learn new systems * Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines * Self-motivated with a proactive, "can-do" attitude * High level of resiliency and adaptability * Experience wit h legal descriptions preferred Benefits:
