Position Summary: Serve as a strategic liaison between the Vice President (VP), internal teams, clients, and external partners. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage complex schedules and communications across global time zones. This role will be based in Plymouth, Michigan. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the VP, facilitating communication with clients, potential clients, and employees.
- Proactively manage and optimize the VP's calendar to ensure efficient use of time.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Collaborate daily with administrative teams across regions to align travel itineraries and meeting schedules.
- Provide backup support to other Vice Presidents as needed.
- Draft and prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations, memos, and directives.
- Independently process communications and requests, using sound judgment and discretion.
- Manage office supplies and inventory for the department.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including room bookings, catering, and technical support.
- Handle logistics for mail and package deliveries, including overnight shipping labels.
- Oversee maintenance and servicing of office equipment.
- Administer department credit card usage and reconciliation.
- Facilitate foreign visa applications and travel documentation.
- Collect, analyze, and report departmental data as required.
- Maintain organized filing systems and records for quick reference and efficient information handling.
- Process business card orders and other administrative requests.
- Review and improve office procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify and resolve issues by gathering and analyzing relevant information.
- Lead or support special projects and initiatives as assigned

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years supporting senior executives in a fast-paced, professional environment.
- Proven experience managing complex calendars, coordinating international travel, and planning events.

- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams and graphic software.

- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Familiarity with expense reporting systems and travel booking platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
