Job Description PCG is seeking a Learning Experience Specialist to join our Strategic Development team located in our corporate headquarters in Lenexa, KS. In this role, you'll combine technical know-how and instructional design expertise to craft seamless learning experiences across the organization-from identifying needs and designing solutions to administering content and supporting users in our Learning Management System (LMS). The goal of our Strategic Development department is to support personal and professional development through learning, connection, and exploration. Our team is seeking an individual who is passionate, curious, and motivated to make the most of their talents. As the primary system support contact for learning technologies, you'll provide first-line troubleshooting assistance and educate users on LMS functionality. You'll also collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver high-impact learning experiences that drive performance and professional growth.
