Staffing Coordinator - Nursing Resource Center

Work Schedule:
This is a part time, 0.6 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled 4, 8 and 12 hours between the hours of 3:00 PM -7:30 AM. You will also work 2:6 weekend. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Work collaboratively to create and update staffing plans and maximize resource efficiency and staff allocation.

We are seeking a Staffing Coordinator to:

  • Build partnerships with various disciplines across the organization.
  • Communicate sick calls, calculate and forecast future staffing needs.
  • Critically think to allocate and assign resources to fill current daily staffing needs across nursing.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field Preferred
Work Experience
  • 1 year of experience in an administrative support role or customer service-related field Required
  • 3 years in an administrative support function Preferred
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting Preferred
