Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position scheduled to work Monday through Friday, with core hours between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are seeking a Director - Allied Health Education and Career Pathways to:



  • Oversee allied health education, career pathways and programs supported by UW Health.
  • Lead the administrative oversight, maintenance of accreditation compliance, and the modification or adaptation of current educational programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Master's Degree in Education or related field Preferred

Work Experience

  • 7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare or related field Required
  • 7 years of work experience in operational administration for health sciences, medical sciences, science, technology or education, or other closely related area Preferred
  • 2 years of work experience in any area of clinical health care Preferred
  • Experience in project management, program development, process improvement or strategic management Preferred
  • Knowledge of funding mechanisms for workforce initiatives (e.g. grants, apprentices, tuition reimbursement) Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

  • Certification in a clinical health care profession Preferred
