We are seeking a Director - Allied Health Education and Career Pathways to: Oversee allied health education, career pathways and programs supported by UW Health. Lead the administrative oversight, maintenance of accreditation compliance, and the modification or adaptation of current educational programs. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Required Master's Degree in Education or related field Preferred Work Experience 7 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare or related field Required 7 years of work experience in operational administration for health sciences, medical sciences, science, technology or education, or other closely related area Preferred 2 years of work experience in any area of clinical health care Preferred Experience in project management, program development, process improvement or strategic management Preferred Knowledge of funding mechanisms for workforce initiatives (e.g. grants, apprentices, tuition reimbursement) Preferred Licenses & Certifications Certification in a clinical health care profession Preferred Our Commitment to Social Impact and Belonging UW Health is committed to fostering a workplace that creates belonging for everyone and is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer.
