Major accountabilities:

  • Responsible for $100+ million in annual net sales from total account responsibilities.

  • Develop and implement strategic and tactical business plans to create access and pull-through opportunities for Sandoz products in a variety of therapeutic areas for both the Pharmacy and Medical benefit.

  • Identifies, negotiates and manages beneficial formulary position for Sandoz products within targeted National Payer Accounts

  • Utilizes in-depth understanding of contracts and contract offerings, including the structure and contracting process for each customer; takes a leadership role with internal partners in forming strategic formal business agreements that will have a positive long-term business impact.

  • Builds and maintains strong internal and external relationships; connects key stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial solutions; develops and implements different approaches based on customer styles

  • Conducts periodic business reviews with accounts to explain performance of all contractual agreements with the goal of optimizing access

  • Collaborate with Sales Management and Regional Account teams to facilitate pull-through efforts and maintain profitable sales of Sandoz brands.

  • Manage one Regional Account AD with responsibility for account health plans and downstream customers

Key performance indicators:

  • Sales revenue and revenue growth in assigned accounts

  • Portfolio and strategic customer development

Minimum Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree

Required Work Experience:

  • 10+ years Account Management experience or equivalent Payer experience

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $194,600 - 361,400 USD/year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/25 through 12/31/25, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

On September 30, 2021, Sandoz entered into a 5-year Corporate Integrity Agreement. Certain positions will have responsibilities to support the execution and adherence to CIA obligations, CIA-related deliverables, and any relevant audit, monitoring or Independent Review Organization (IRO) remediation.
