About the Role

Our Project Managers are responsible for the day-to-day project management of their client account(s). They partner with fellow Project Managers and account leadership to deliver operational discipline and delivery excellence, speed to market, resource optimization, and profitability management to their business(es). Project Managers are efficient operators who demonstrate strong team management abilities, as well as business and financial acumen. They are highly organized, able to build relationships, and draw upon the expertise of Ogilvy's vast resources and capabilities.


What You'll Do

  • Serve as the key day-to-day contact with client leads, creative teams, and other agency partners
  • Manage client objectives and expectations, communicating changes and direction to internal team members
  • Develop and manage project and production timelines, ensuring that the team and creative development are tracking to appropriate milestones
  • Resolve conflicts, keep project teams motivated, and ensure optimal results
  • Provide administrative support, including status reports, meeting scheduling, budget tracking, etc.
  • Own the client project budget and work with the Program Director to manage costs and deliverables, as well as staffing resources
  • Own the workflow system data entry and reporting
  • Understand key agency disciplines (Strategy, Account, PM, Creative, etc.)
  • Juggle multiple projects and support more senior PMs on larger projects
  • Anticipate upcoming needs, risks, and hurdles, and provide ideas to mitigate


What You'll Need

  • 3-5 years' experience in a creative advertising agency preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience building project timelines and scopes across different mediums
  • Experience in workflow technology and the use of technology to optimize efficiency
  • Willingness to take on new challenges
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative mindset
  • Ability to balance and prioritize business objectives

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. Pay Range
$45,000 $90,000 USD
