Role : MAC Regional Manager Career Map Overall Responsibilities As a MAC Regional Manager with JLL, the employee will manage the regional moves team, take ownership of strategic planning, customer satisfaction, move communication as well as transparency and reconciliation of costs associated with all move-related activities. They will work closely with the MAC Program Lead, space captains, facilities, vendors, and the client to ensure moves meet or exceed expectations. They will help meet financial objectives by assisting with forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating cost savings actions. This role is highly interactive with the client site population as well as highly collaborative with other onsite workstreams and offsite vendors. The Regional Move Manager's role is vital to developing and creating an excellent experience for our onsite employees and visitors at Meta. Competencies Initiate, plan, coordinate, and execute the day-to-day details for each move project. Work with planning team to create, review, and audit employee move projects. Coordinate and organize with internal and external partners and suppliers on project details. Supervise move vendor(s) and ensure all move information and move requirements are provided to movers. Lead regularly scheduled meetings to communicate move details. Facilitate and communicate important project deadlines to clients, partner workstreams, and vendors. Maintain all appropriate project management records and files as assigned. Conduct field verifications - including walkthroughs for drawing updates, employee location verifications, and vacancy checks. Submit and track work order tickets for pre- and post-move issues. Respond quickly to emergencies and customer service requests as assigned. Walk and be present at project moves as necessary to ensure movers are working efficiently and provide direction if needed. Other duties as assigned. Involves movement between departments, floors, and properties to facilitate work Experience 4 years experience in MAC or RPM preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organized and self-motivated, dependable and very detail-oriented. Ability to prepare and track budgets. Familiarity with architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts a plus Ability to use technology such as smartphones, tablets, computers, web-based applications, etc. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Flexibility to adjust under changing deadlines and priorities. Ability to balance a variety of tasks daily. Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed Ability to manage a direct report if necessary. Other Abilities Flexibility and may require ability to work "non-standard" hours. This role will be present on client facility sites. 20% Travel as needed to support large projects at other sites in NorAm Expected to be onsite everyday.
