Assistant Men's Hockey Coach ID: 2025-2161 Category: Athletic Department Type: FLSA Status: Exempt Benefit Eligible: Benefit Eligible Location: St. Paul, Minnesota Office Location: 3900 Job Summary The Assistant Men's Hockey Coach assists the Head Hockey Coach with practice and training planning, player development, team management, scouting, recruiting and in game strategy. This position will also serve an auxiliary role for the athletic department. Responsibilities 1-Program Management - 20%
2-Player Development - 20%
3-Player Recruitment - 20%
4- Additional Athletic Department Responsibilities - 40% Required Skills
Additional Information Travel: This position requires frequent local travel and regional and national travel. Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as desktop and/or laptop computers, photocopiers and smartphones. Expected Hours of Work: Typically, days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, with the expectation to work specific schedules and hours as identified and communicated by management. Frequent evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. This is a 40 hour per week, 12 months per year position.
