Job Title: Bid Analyst

Position Overview

We're looking for a detail-driven and proactive Bid Analyst to lead the coordination and execution of bid responses-including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs-for our company's products and services. This role is pivotal in delivering timely, accurate, and strategic submissions that support our business objectives and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage incoming bid opportunities via vendor portals and the bid email inbox.
  • Accurately log and track bid details in Salesforce.com.
  • Analyze bid requirements and prepare comprehensive responses aligned with company standards and submission deadlines.
  • Organize and lead cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment throughout the bid process.
  • Leverage the internal reference library to complete bid documentation efficiently.
  • Maintain and update the reference library to reflect current and relevant content.
  • Support additional tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Skills & Expertise

  • Strong grasp of business operations and professional practices.
  • Ability to apply established principles to develop effective solutions.
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Comfortable working under direct supervision and following clear instructions.
  • Sound judgment in navigating day-to-day challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and engaging external vendors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in bid coordination, proposal management, or a related field.
  • Reliable and consistent attendance is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience with SAP is a plus.

Schedule:

  • M-F - 8am-5pm - Overtime may be required as needed
  • Hybrid - In-office days Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

Salary:

$55,591-$69,489/yr

The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
