*Academic & Clinical Coordinator - Dental Education* This role supports dental students, faculty, and patients by managing academic operations and clinical scheduling. It requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (non-negotiable). Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures will be essential.
*Key Responsibilities:* Academic Support * Coordinate D3 and D4 course planning with the Dean; assist with D1 and D2 as needed. * Maintain course syllabi, curriculum documents, and electronic class schedules. * Input and track grades; prepare final grade reports for review and approval. * Manage exams: input questions, proctor, schedule reviews, and tag questions for statistical tracking. * Support instructional design and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS). * Monitor student progress, attendance, and remediation needs. Clinical Support * Coordinate clinical schedules, faculty teaching assignments, and student appointments. * Support patient recall and scheduling in the Comprehensive Care Unit (CCU). * Track student clinical competencies and essential experiences. Administrative Duties * Manage Google calendars and update curriculum templates and policies. * Assist with course evaluations and develop end-of-course summary reports. * Collaborate with faculty, course directors, and committees across departments. * Resolve scheduling, exam, and student-related issues proactively. *Required Skills* * Bachelor's degree (MUST HAVE) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Strong communication and project management skills * Experience with clinical workflows and dental office management software (Plus to have) * Ability to manage electronic testing systems and academic data *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
