Job Title: Real Estate Analyst
Job Description This supporting position involves evaluating and analyzing real estate appropriation requests. The role requires gathering information for data input, managing project records, and reviewing real property records to provide necessary information electronically. You will order appraisals and market analysis reports, and review information from municipalities, outside entities, and other departments to assist in preparing and executing acquisition, disposition, and property use agreements under the direction of the real estate project manager. Additionally, you will prepare reports, analyze project requests for content completeness, prepare maps and related data for presentations, organize and manage information from various databases, purge working files to permanent records, and track the status of projects while updating associated program tracking tools. Responsibilities * Evaluate and analyze real estate appropriation requests. * Gather and input data for project records management. * Review and analyze real property records to provide necessary information electronically. * Order appraisals and market analysis reports. * Review information from municipalities, outside entities, and other departments. * Assist in preparing and executing acquisition, disposition, and property use agreements. * Prepare reports and analyze project requests for content completeness. * Prepare maps and related data for presentations. * Organize and manage information from various databases. * Purge working files to permanent records. * Track the status of working projects and update associated program tracking tools. Essential Skills * Strong analytical skills. * Proficiency in legal document review and analysis. * Experience in property deed review for compliance. * Proficiency in property analysis and data entry. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, project or business management, marketing, or accounting, or equivalent work experience. * 0-3 years' experience in real estate transactions, capital needs analysis, business, marketing, and finance. * Proficiency with databases and Microsoft Office. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Salt Lake City, UT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
