Security Cooperation Program Manager

As a Security Cooperation Program Manager, you'll bring your Security Cooperation (SC), Building Partner Capacity (BPC), Global Train and Equip (GT&E), Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and International Affairs expertise to work on projects to support Title 10 U.S. Code, Chapter 16 Programs for our client. You'll perform BPC program management, coordinate all phases of the case development, execution, implementation, and closure, synchronize efforts across Theater Components and Combatant Commands (CCMDs) to ensure program management leverages best practices, lead consolidation and delivery of SC data as required or requested by BPC stakeholders, analyze and report on complex security cooperation issues, initiatives, legislative matters, executive orders, and agreements, and prepare briefings detailing cases and proposals under development, Price and Availability notification, and any issues with contracting, hardware, and training.

You'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we'll look to you to identify solutions, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience with security cooperation, BPC, and FMS case development and implementation, including FMS case programming
  • Knowledge of security cooperation and international affairs
  • Knowledge of implementing the agency's role within and relationship towards the security cooperation community
  • Knowledge of FMS legislation, the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), and BPC Titles 10 and 22
  • Knowledge of International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and National Disclosure Policy (NDP)
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in an International Affairs field

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS), ADVANA, Socium, and Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP)

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
