Aerospace CMS Material Coordinator

As aCMS Material Coordinator you will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives! This is an onsite position located in Kennesaw, Georgia.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare material for export shipments, including pulling orders, repackaging as necessary for proper export shipping requirements, utilizing shipping software.

• Coordinate with export compliance team and customer service to ensure proper documentation of export shipments.

• Coordinate with freight forwarder, and PPG teams for updates and inquiries regarding order and shipping status, via email, messaging and phone.

• Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to a predetermined sequence, such as: size, type, style, color, or product code.

• May operate a Hi-Rise to load items in storage racks or gas or electric powered forklift truck to move, stack, load or unload materials, parts, finished goods, etc.

• Uses electronic application on mobile device and scanner to process orders and prepare inventory for delivery to customer site.

• Applies RFID and barcode labels to incoming inventory, paying attention to detail for accuracy of part number and lot number.

• Read production schedule, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.

• Conducts cycle count for inventory accuracy, and ensures first-in-first-out of shelf-life sensitive chemical products.

Qualifications

• Only US Citizens, Green Card holders, political asylees, or refugees are eligible to apply.

• 5+ years of export shipping experience preferred.

• 5+ years of warehouse experience highly preferred.

• Previous forklift experience/certification preferred.

• Required to lift up to 30lbs as needed.

• Bilingual English / Spanish helpful
