About The Position * Leads development of the revenue requirement models that provide the basis for Ameren Missouri rate reviews, including aspects used to evaluate financial implications and regulatory alternatives * Leads the analysis of opposing parties' positions, including organization of all the parties' positions and determining recommendations of rebuttal strategies * Prepares financial analysis and provides strategic insight related to regulatory and legislative initiatives * Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with coworkers in a wide range of departments that provide inputs or support to regulatory initiatives * Represents Ameren Missouri's interests with external regulatory stakeholders through discussions, written communications, and expert testimony * Prepares analysis and presentations used for discussions with executives that inform key business decisions * Prepares external regulatory filings with the SEC, FERC, and State Public Service Commissions, including regulatory compliance reports, affiliate transaction support, and cash working capital studies * Prepares, reviews, analyzes, and interprets complex accounting, financial, and statistical data * Performs other special financial projects as necessary, which may include financial modeling supporting CCN requests, specific capital projects, or new revenue generating activities Qualifications #LI-Hybrid Compensation Range: $102,500.00 - $158,900.00At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
