Now we're looking for a Product Designer with 2-4 years of user-centric product design experience to join our team. In this role, you'll partner with fellow Product Designers to bring digital products to life, whether that's a website, mobile site, native app, experiential UX/UI, or even a voice app. You'll collaborate closely with Creative, Strategy, Production, and Technology to design solutions that not only meet business goals but truly resonate with end users. Your work will include building flawless design systems and pattern libraries, always guided by the question: What if we could make this experience even better for the people who need it most? EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree (preferred); Field: Marketing/advertising, Human-Computer Interaction, visual communication, graphic design, or related discipline Nice to have: UI/Product Design certification program (equivalent or similar to certificate programs offered at Google, General Assembly, Nielson Norman etc. ) EXPERIENCE: 2-4 years Experience; UI Design, Visual Communications, Graphic Design, Art Direction and Design or related field (preferred). KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: Knowledge Level: Advanced Beginner

SALARY $70,000 - $95,000 annually. The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
