Description

Your Role:

Leads assigned trade shows from pre-show to post-show, including all tasks in between while, supporting marketing communications activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Lead corporate shows and customer events from start to finish, as assigned.
  • Collect data, run metrics, implement feedback loops, and report on trade show strategy.
  • Oversee schedules, logistics, budgets, and track activities for regional and designated corporate shows.
  • Support all related logistics and budgets for vendor and regional shows, in addition to designated corporate shows.
  • Supervise literature and trade show equipment orders for all trade shows.
  • Serve as key contact for instrument shipping and manages instrument calendar.
  • Contact designated speakers to prepare for events, including presentation logistics.
  • Collect, analyze and review feedback for all organized vendor, regional and corporate shows.
  • Lead special projects (as needed as assigned).
  • May be assigned additional duties as required.


Requirements:



  • BA/BS Degree in marketing or life sciences AND at least 2 years related experience, Advanced Degree AND no related experience; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Domestic Travel Requirements - Up to 25%


Knowledge:



  • Experience with CRM and lead management


Skills:



  • Strong written and verbal communications

Work Environment:

This job is performed in a temperature controlled, handicap-accessible facility without exposure to extreme hot or cold temperatures. Generally, this job is performed in an office environment. Due to the travel requirements, this position may be exposed to natural elements of nature.

The hiring range for this position is expected to fall between $74,400 - $80,999/year, reflecting the range candidates can reasonably expect to be considered for at time of offer, based on factors such as experience, internal equity, and qualifications.

The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of considerations, including but not limited to internal equity, experience, education, specialization, skills, abilities, and training. The above range represents the Company's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting.

In addition to your salary, the Company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements. Certain positions may also be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses or commissions.
