We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the next phase of growth for Senior Services and Support within Bright Horizons Backup Care. This role will focus in part on scaling and diversifying our existing offerings. In addition, the leader in this role will lead identification, business case development, functional specification and implementation of carefully targeted new areas of Senior Care services expansion that complement our current offerings and leverage the core strengths of Bright Horizons.

The successful candidate will drive innovation and operational scale to ensure these services reach more families, deliver greater impact, and align with BUC's mission: enabling employees to be mindful at work while their senior loved ones remain safe and happy at home.

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week onsite at our Westminster, CO office.

Industry Context & Opportunity

The senior care industry is undergoing rapid expansion, driven by demographic shifts and evolving care expectations. By 2027, the global senior care market is projected to reach $1.4 trillion, fueled by a growing preference for home-based care and digital service models. Nearly 60% of seniors prefer to receive care at home rather than in institutional settings, and about 80% of seniors want to age in place, meaning they prefer to stay in their homes as long as possible.

Bright Horizons is uniquely positioned to lead in this space by expanding its trusted Backup Care platform to meet the growing needs of employees caring for aging loved ones.

Bright Horizons is trusted by families and employers around the world for high-quality child care and early education, back-up care, and workplace education. We partner with some of the world's best companies to provide services that help employees perform their best and support families to thrive both personally and professionally.
