We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Benefits Leave Administrator to join our client's HR team. In this role, you will administer the company's leave of absence and accommodation programs, providing concierge-style support to employees, managers, vendors, and HR. You'll ensure compliance with federal and state regulations while helping employees navigate leave and disability processes smoothly.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $28 - $40/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Administer Company's Leave Management Program in coordination with external vendors, including reporting and compliance.
  • Interpret and apply leave and disability laws and policies, including FMLA, non-FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, and related regulations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all leave-related communications via phone, email, and mail.
  • Maintain employee benefit files, process short- and long-term disability payments, and manage LOA employee timecards.
  • Assist with ADA accommodations and conduct training for supervisors and managers on leave and disability processes.
  • Act as a liaison between employees, third-party leave administrators, and disability insurance providers to ensure timely claim determination.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Risk, Payroll, ADP, and HRIS to ensure seamless leave processes.
  • Manage Jira tickets, complete required forms, and identify opportunities to improve leave processes and efficiencies.
  • Provide backup support for other benefits functions as needed.




Qualifications:



  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree (4-year).
  • 5+ years of experience in employee benefits and leave administration.
  • Previous experience supporting all aspects of leave management, handling employee questions, audits, and open enrollment.
  • Experience with M&A integration is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of leave and disability laws, policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
