As a Manager of Radiation Protection Training, you will be responsible for the implementation of the Westinghouse Radiation Protection Training program. This will include both field operations and the conduction of the training itself.

You will report to the Director of Radiation Protection. This is a remote role that can be performed from anywhere within the United States.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintenance, assignment and monitoring of e-learning courses used in the training program.



  • Schedule proctored exams and classes for trainees who have completed e-learning courses.



  • Conduct classroom and hands on training to complete trainee qualification.



  • Maintain training records and provide training reports for internal and external customers.



  • Participate in EPRI working groups to improve the Training Material and Exam banks used by the industry.



  • Administer the NANTEL and Next Gen PADs databases.



  • Operate the SIM-Teq Training Simulator System.





Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of Radiation Protection experience



  • Extensive knowledge of the NISP-RP Procedures



  • Qualified as an EPRI STE Evaluator with knowledge of the EPRI Registry and online Exam program.



  • Site manager with experience in the in-processing of supplemental employees.
