Hill International is seeking a Graphics Specialist in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania


  • Design custom, on-brand materials for proposals, including covers, tables of contents, section dividers, infographics, and content pages.
  • Develop and maintain industry-specific templates for a range of collateral, including resumes, project sheets, proposals, one-pagers, white papers, and presentations for both print and digital formats.
  • Create and update visual assets such as organization charts, process diagrams, pull-out graphics, matrices, and infographics tailored to AEC audiences.
  • Manage and refresh the firm's image library using OpenAsset, ensuring up-to-date, organized visual content.
  • Design marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, direct mail pieces, award submissions, newsletters, and event materials for offices globally.
  • Support brand consistency and standards across all platforms, including the maintenance of internal SharePoint branding assets.
  • Provide rapid production and layout support for time-sensitive proposal and marketing projects.
  • Collaborate closely with proposal managers to design visually engaging InDesign templates and proposal layouts that align with pursuit strategy and messaging.
  • Build custom PowerPoint presentations and templates that reflect the brand and project goals.
  • Create motion graphics and animated content to support proposal interviews, presentations, and digital business development.
  • Assist with short-form video production and editing, including production for interviews, online proposal submissions, and business development.
  • Participate in brainstorming and strategy meetings; provide agile design support for last-minute revisions and updates to proposal and presentation materials.
  • Balance multiple assignments, prioritize effectively, and take initiative on projects when needed.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design and production, preferably in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with motion graphics and video tools such as After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Wondershare Filmora, Veed, and others is a strong plus.
  • Experience or exposure to BIM tools, AI-assisted design platforms, and video streaming technologies are desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work effectively as part of a fast-paced, deadline-driven proposal and marketing team.
  • Flexible availability for occasional extended hours or travel (up to 10%) as needed.
  • A portfolio or work samples must be submitted with the resume to demonstrate design capabilities.
